To be frank, I think it’s preposterous that you believe the love of God (and we can just use the word “God” here for convenience) could ever be so conditional.
I mean, this is GOD we’re attempting to read, to predict, to understand.
God~ omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent.
And yet, you attempt to box this “God,” this ultimate consciousness, into a box of conditional acceptance.
God is LOVE, God is COMPASSION, God is TOTAL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE.
Many of you say these same things.
And still, you continually assign human characteristics to an unhuman essence.
Still, you imagine conditions, born out of the subjective ego of your human experience, and dare to play creator in a devil’s costume.
Still, you fancy yourself as the rule-maker, the all-knowing teacher who reprimands students who ask too wild of questions.
Still, you create dogma and feed it to sheep as the truth.
You dare with your religions and your politics and your declarations of how it “should” be, declaring right from wrong, beautiful from ugly, deserving from unworthy…
you dare to play God.
Do I believe in God?
Do I believe in unconditional love?
Do I believe in an objective truth?
Yes.
These are not dogma.
These are not conditional judgments based on subjective experience.
These are not doctrine, and nor are they human law.
Please, for the love of all that we can believe “God” is, become aware of your ignorances.
Become aware of your judgements and your conditions and your resistance.
Become aware of your manipulations and your selfish motives and your harsh criticisms.
Open to the possibility that God, you, us…we are much more than that.
See the godliness in the person next to you on the bus, ask for divine intervention from your own pure spirit, pray for peace by BEing PEACEful.
I don’t believe that God, Consciousness, Divine Intelligence, Infinite Love has conditional acceptance of experience.
Why don’t you stop conditionally accepting God?
